Our class did a news conference exercise with Iowa City Councilwoman Mazahir Salih. Fourteen students participated in the class event. Everything is considered on the record. Salih answered some tough questions about high-rise apartment living for college students, affordable housing, night-time safety and the new Target store coming to the downtown area, and parking.
